Exchange, Return and Order cancellation Policy

Return Policy

1. Products have a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Law Claim.

2. If the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, or the product is defective, the consumer must notify us immediately by e-mail info@m-equine.fi, so that we can process the return in accordance with the 14-day right of exchange and return according to the Finnish Consumer Law Claim.

3. M-equine.fi is not responsible if the delivery of the order is prevented, made difficult or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as war, natural disaster, export or import ban, official decision, disruption of public traffic or other similar m-equine.fi online store from activities that complicate or prevent activities. The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Law Claim. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging. Once the return has been approved, the price of the returned products will be refunded through the payment brokerage service after receiving and processing the product return.

The return must be notified in advance by email to info@m-equine.fi.

If the customer wants to return the product after the 14-day exchange and return right under the Finnish Consumer Law Claim, the return must be agreed separately with M-Equine by email: info@m-equine.fi. The seller is not obliged to accept an exchange or return after the 14-day exchange and return right according to the Finnish Consumer Law Claim, which has not been agreed upon in advance. If the customer wants to exchange or return the order after the 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Law Claim the return or exchange of product is possible to disscuss with M-Equine, in this case if the return or the exchange is agreed THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COSTS CAUSED BY THE RETURN/EXCHANGE!

Once the return has been approved, the price of the returned products will be refunded through the payment brokerage service after receiving and processing the product return.

Cancellation terms

According to the Finnish Consumer Law Claim, the consumer who placed the order has the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The deadline for cancellation ends 14 days after the last batch of goods has been received or, in the case of downloadable products, from the moment the order is received.

To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the order in an unambiguous way. In order to process the cancellation, we need your order number and the contact information provided in the order that you want to cancel. You can also use our printable return form (attached in the order delivery confirmation), but its use is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of using the right to cancel before the end of the 14-day cancellation period. In order to cancel the order, we ask you to inform us of your order number and the contact information used in the order. The consumer has the right to cancel the order without giving a reason.

Effects of cancellation and processing of cancellation

If you cancel the order within 14 days of the order's arrival, we will return all the payments we received from you, including the shipping costs, after we have processed the return and received the returned products of the order in a salable condition. We will make the return using the payment method you used in the original order, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any case, in such a way that you do not incur costs for returning the services.

You must send the products of the order back without delay after the notification of the cancellation of the order has been made. The deadline has been met if you send the goods back before the end of the 14-day right of return.

The products to be returned must be in a salable condition (excluding Problem Situations & Fault Liability - instructions for this below). If the product is not in salable condition when returned, M-Equine has the right to withhold part or all of the returnable performance of the order. If the product has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during transport, please contact info@m-equine.fi as soon as you can.

Unclaimed package

Non-redemption is not the same as refund or cancellation. For unclaimed packages for which a separate cancellation notice has not been made, we will charge the delivery costs.


Problem situations

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error to info@m-equine.fi within 14 days at the latest.


Liability for errors under the Finnish Consumer Law Claim - presumption of error for one year.


In the event of a complaint, we comply with the liability for errors according to the Finnish Consumer Law Claim and the presumption of error for one year. The defectiveness of the goods is assessed based on what the goods were like when the consumer received them. The seller is responsible for a defect that was present in the goods at the time of delivery, even if the defect did not appear until later (production defect of the product). If a defect appears within one year of the delivery of the goods, it is assumed that the defect was already present in the goods at the time of delivery and is the responsibility of the seller. Normal wear and tear is not a manufacturing defect and the seller has no obligation to compensate the customer for a product worn out in normal use.

The one-year error assumption does not apply,

  • if the assumption is contrary to the nature of the goods (for example, the normal shelf life of the goods is less than one year)
  • if the defect is due to an accident or improper handling of the goods or
  • if it is about normal wear and tear of the goods.
